I actually emailed St. Martin. They responded with this:
ReplyDeleteHello Rob,
You don't see the Darwin bike on Flatland Fuel or Dan's because bikes did not arrived to USA yet. I will not surprise you by saying the bikes are made in Taiwan. By the time I'm replying to you, bikes are on the boat to USA. Sidewall, our USA distributor will get them by the end of november. Expect to see them online at Flatland Fuel by december 10th.
As far as I know, MSRP in the USA is $599.99. Not sure about that.
You just have to be patient and you'll be one of the first to get one. If you actually buy it, please send me your bikecheck after you get it. We'll post it on the St-Martin website, "My bike" page.
Thanks.
Med
