Rad Dad's first online video
This video is from 2004 when I started riding all over again. At this point I had started relearning my old trick. I wasn't completing many of them at the time. I was very excited to be riding again. I am still excited about riding. After looking at my newest video it made me think about how far I had really come along with my riding. Yeah I am stoked on where I was and where I am now. If your reading this please click http://www.bmxfreestyler.com/2011/04/todays-riding-lets-get-crazy.html to see my riding in 2011

Today's Riding-"Lets Get Crazy"
Today's riding was all about having fun and getting a bit crazy. I threw in some straight messiahs so Jeroen Dekker could study my position in the trick. It was a over all very good day of riding. Nothing new but still very fun!

The 2nd Annual BMX Round Up
This was the second Annual BMX Round UP. There were many bikes from the 70's and 80's and 90's present. There were awards given for several categories. While we were there we threw down a Flatland Session doing some fun tricks in a small space. It was held on April 17, 2011. The venue was the parking lot of Empire BMX. Great time with great friends. Till 2012 Keep building and Keep on Riding!

Huck Industries Suppressor 5 Point Review
I have personally had the honor to Huck since I since 2004. We have become great friends. He flowed the NEW suppressor lite pegs to me. I thought it would be cool to do a quick review about them. I have been riding them for 1 week now. I have a good feel for them and would like to share 5 specific points for you.
1. First Impression- They look amazing. I choose the purple lites because my color scheme is black and purple. They are available in several others colors. So there is no lacking there.
2. The Feel- After installing them on my bike and standing on them for the first time I noticed immediately that I had a lot of grip. That also in turn gave me more control of my bike. Granted they are brand new but the grip was very evident.
3. Rounded Tips- Currently I do not pivot with any of my tricks. However there is a smooth portion of the pegs that will allow me to learn them someday. This is a great part of the design that has me excited to learn how to pivot someday.
4. Durability-Huck SuppressorLITES are CNC machined from Aircraft Grade 6061-T6 Aluminum. I have only ran mine for a week. But I have known many other riders out there that have had them much longer and I have never had some one email me saying that there peg has broken.
5.Other riders Opinions- I have met many riders over the past 7 years of being back into flatland. As I was gathering information I asked a few guys how they liked their Suppressors.
Cesar Calderon- I've been riding suppressors pegs for 8+ years now. I still own my 1st pair. I would still be riding them but Huck Improved them. Ride them once, and you'll be hooked. Word
Art Thompson- Huck suppressor pegs are the most functional, durable and stylish pegs on the market today. I rode 1 pair over 3 years and they are still going strong.
In conclusion they are available now. Go to http://huckindustries.com/ Pick out the color and the style you want. Let the team know you heard about them from BMX Freestyler and you want your Suppressors now.

Trick of the Month Stick B Sponsored by Rick MacDonald
OK, to start with the most simple entry to a StickB, put your right leg over the bike and hang it down by the left side of your botttom bracket. Have your left pedal facing up, it will be out of the way once you get the bike upside down. Do a little endo, and plant your right foot right at the BB so you can be ready to scuff at the right moment. I also hold my rear brake the whole way.
It's basically a matter of assembly. Endo, plant your toe on the tire, bring the bike right up to your hips...you will be turning the bars at this same time too. You can grab the fork leg as you start scuffing but watch for fingers in the spokes..youch! I grab the peg with my left hand, pass it to the right hand, and you want to throw it all behind you pretty quick and begin scuffing. Keep all your weight on the peg leg, so you can scuff more easily, and when you want to pull out, start to pull the bike back up to your level, pass the peg from your right to your left hand as you slow down the scuff and reach the brake. Your bars should turn right after this point too. When the bike gets real low in front of you, lean back so you don't end up on the ground too! Try to hit the left pedal, which will facing sort of up, and use it to pedal away...Keep practicing it and this "re-assembly" stage will become second nature, honestly!
There are lots of ways to get out of it...you can pivot with your scuffing foot on the tire into an upside-down wheelie, you can even grab the brake and jump way out onto the front pegs as the front end comes down...You'll also see me do a little dumptruck, (rolling into a StickB)...it's best to quickly roll into this one, I start with bars backwards, wheelie up and reach with right hand over to left peg, as you pull it up fast, toss the whole bike behind you without losing forward momentum, and get to scuffin'!
I added a few examples (and plenty of failed attempts) at combining a lardyard into a switch-footed StickB, and a no-handed StickB with my shin behind the pedal.
It's tricky but keep analyzing my shaky impromptu video, and hopefully we'll see some reply posts with your versions too!
