Are you riding anything else Extreme?
Nope, don't ride anything else. But I have a thing for
juggling... I have many many different juggling patterns
I've learned, though nothing I, personally, would consider
very spectacular, except maybe the transitions between
regular three-ball juggling and three-ball bounce juggling
patterns off the floor. I' mout of practice with my yo-yo.
I'm also learning to do tricks on my bass... :-D
Have you learned a new trick?
Pretty much all the flatland stuff I've been working on. Never had the patience for flatland back
when, so I was always in the air in some fashion back then. I always wanted decades, but I never
got them until now.
What kind of bike do  you ride now?     Dragonfly Solo (Mike Steingræber signature
frame) decked out in basically all the parts from the Haro Nyquist I bought, except with better
wheels, a freecoaster, front brake, grippy, heavy flatland pegs, and the bars off my 1999 GT
Tour (because I like those bars better than the ones that came stock on the Nyquist)
Comments:
Last Words? "Hey y'all, check this out!"

No, but seriously: Don't take anything so seriously that you can't get some sort of enjoyment out of it.
Always remember to be who you are and not who somebody else thinks you should be. Try not to be too
offensensitive. Eat right, be as kind to other people as you want them to be to you. Breathe from the
diaphragm and make sure you open your mouth wide so that you can put some good breath support
behind your voice when you're singing... breath support is THE KEY to confident singing. Use your thumb's
downstroke on the open bass string, fret a note hard with your left hand, then hit the string again with the
corner of your thumb on the upstroke while still fretting, and then throw in a quick pop an octave up, and
work on it 'til you can do rapid-fire quadruplet 32nd notes like that for an impressive-sounding, yet easy,
lick on the bass guitar. Never stop learning, keep your mind keen. Follow your dreams, you can reach your
goals. I'm living proof. Beefcake. Beefcake!
